The first time I heard of it, I thought it was a cruel joke being played on me.
You all must have heard about the most awaited Twilight series book which was supposed to be our main protagonist, a vampire, Edward's point of view of the story, 'The Midnight Sun'. But unfortunately that never came out since it was leaked before it was finished, hence the author, Stephanie Myer stopped writing it altogether.

Nevertheless, fear not, because this book which has been released on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of twilight is not a disappointment since it is real!
The book is a 442-page gender-swapped re-narration of the first book, Twilight. It follows Beau (aka Bella) and Edythe (aka Edward) through their journey of love. In an interview with Good Morning America, Stephenie revealed that the story of this book begins much like the original, but "the further you get in the more it changes, because the personalities get a little bit different."
And not just that people, it is being said that it is 'Packaged as an oversize, jacketed hardcover flip book' which means that it will contain the original Twilight in it.

Unfortunately it is not going to be a series, there won't be any more books. But there definitely is a possibility of it, and for a movie being based on it!
